2.3 Public data for viewing and disclosure
The USER is aware that their résumé and other information entered into BURH may be viewed by various COMPANIES, including the company where they may currently work. The USER knows and acknowledges that BURH cannot be held liable, under any circumstances, for any damages suffered as a result of their résumé being viewed on BURH by their current employer or by a third-party company.
2.4 Processing of the Parties’ information
The Parties’ personal data may only be processed with their authorization and for related purposes. By reading this Privacy Policy, the Parties agree to and authorize the conditions for processing personal data as described herein. BURH offers a video interview tool through its own partner via “APIs”, at no cost to the USER. The USER expressly agrees to be interviewed via video interviews with possible recording.
