Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Engineer
Work Location: Lima, Peru (at first, NARI's Chilean Branch, then Peru)

Requirements 

•	Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;

•	Fluent in Spanish (working language);

•	Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (able to understand technical documents and communicate with international teams).

Job Responsibilities 

•	System Operations and Maintenance: Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of HES (Head End System) and MDMS (Meter Data Management System).
•	System Integration: Participate in the debugging, joint debugging, and integration testing of system interfaces.
•	System optimization: Assist in system deployment, upgrades, configuration optimization, and performance tuning.
•	Technical Support: Handling technical issues reported by users and providing localized technical support services.
•	Documentation writing: Writing operation and maintenance documentation (Spanish/English), including operation manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
•	Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to drive the fixing and improvement of system issues.
•	Project coordination: Communicate and coordinate with the local project team in Chile, manage and forward daily project emails, and assist the on-site project manager in daily project management.
